Qld: Life savers busy with 157 rescues

Life savers have reported one of their busiest holiday periods .. with 157 people rescued
from south-east Queensland beaches this Easter.

The Gold Coast has been the busiest region .. with 143 rescues recorded from Friday.

And 14 rescues have been carried out on the Sunshine Coast.
