--Werner Dubach lifts stake in Swiss Datacolor

3 March 2011 - Swiss colour management solutions provider Datacolor said today that 25.38% of all the targeted shares were tendered within the public offer made by company's shareholder Werner Dubach.
According to intermediate provisional results, Dubach and his partners increased their stake to 70.39%, or 118,286 shares. Previously, Dubach owned 33.25%.

According to Dubach, the public offer has been successful.

The grace period during which the offer is still effective runs between 9 March 2011 and 22 March 2011.
